1. General Information

This website and webshop (“Site”) is operated by Craftishly Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company registration number 144240070.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales, including online orders and sales made at events or in-person.

Certain sections of these Terms, including Shipping & Delivery and the 14-day cancellation period, apply only to online purchases only.

For in-person or event sales, items are considered received at the time of purchase, and statutory cancellation rights do not generally apply. Refunds or exchanges will only be offered for faulty or misdescribed goods.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order, you confirm that you are:

  • At least 18 years old, and

  • Legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of England and Wales.

3. Products & Availability

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate.

All items are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

Colours, packaging, and design may differ slightly from images shown.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT at the applicable rate.

We use Stripe as our secure payment gateway. Stripe processes payments on our behalf, and we do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

Accepted payment methods include major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and any other payment options offered by Stripe at checkout.

By submitting your payment information, you authorise Stripe to process your payment.

Payment must be made in full before dispatch.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation (by Us)

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will confirm acceptance usually via email.

We may cancel or refuse an order at any time due to:

  • Product unavailability,
  • Errors in pricing or description,
  • Suspected fraudulent activity,
  • Non-receipt of payment.

If we cancel your order after payment, a full refund will be issued.

6. Order Cancellation (by You – Consumer Rights)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Exemptions include:

  • Personalised or custom-made items,
  • Perishable goods (e.g. food),
  • Intimate items such as earrings,
  • Digital downloads once access has been provided.

To cancel, you must notify us within 14 days. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s).

Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in a re-saleable condition.

We may make a deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of unnecessary handling (beyond what would reasonably be allowed in a shop).

We may refuse a refund if items are not returned in re-saleable condition, unless the goods are faulty or misdescribed. Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or exchange (for example, because they are not returned in a re-saleable condition or fall under a non-returnable category) will not be sent back to the customer, unless agreed otherwise.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch: Were items are marked ‘In Stock’, we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours however in exceptional circumstances this may not be possible and we will contact you accordingly for example where items are marked ‘Available on Backorder’.

Delivery Times: All delivery times provided on our Site or at checkout are estimates only. While we aim to meet these times, they are not guaranteed and we are not liable for delays beyond our control.

Shipping Methods: We use reputable courier services to dispatch orders. Shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout.

Risk & Responsibility: Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you once the goods have been delivered to the address you provided, including if the courier leaves the item in a designated safe place (as authorised by you).
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct and that items left in a safe place are secure.

Customs & Duties: For international orders, you are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. We are not responsible for delays or charges caused by customs clearance.

If a delivery is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.

We may require proof of delivery issues (e.g., courier tracking info or photos of damaged items).

Partial Deliveries: If your order is fulfilled in multiple shipments, each shipment may be delivered separately. Separate shipping charges may apply.

Address Errors: We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.

Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport delays, or government restrictions.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns

Please do not return items to us unless instructed. Contact us first using the Contact Us form on our Contact Us page, so we can guide you on how to return your order and arrange a refund.

You may cancel your order and return items within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging, so that they are in a re-saleable condition.

We may deduct from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them. Items returned in any other condition may result in your refund being declined, and the item may be disposed of.

Exempt items (not eligible for return) include:

  • Personalised or custom-made goods
  • Perishable products (e.g., food)
  • Intimate items such as earrings
  • Digital downloads once access has been provided
