Once our orders have been dispatched, we unfortunately do not have control over how quick the order reaches you. We will always help wherever possible to resolve the issue and may send you a replacement. Please contact us so we can investigate any shipping issues.
Please do not return orders to us unless instructed. Please contact us first so we can arrange and provide you with instructions on how to return your order so we can issue you with a refund.
Please note that all items must be unopened and unused in a resaleable condition for a refund to be granted. If items are returned in any other condition, your refund request may be void and the item disposed of.
Unless informed otherwise, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and must cover the contents of the return. Return postage costs will not be refunded unless in exceptional circumstances.
