Please don’t return orders to us unless instructed. Contact us first so we can guide you on how to return your order and arrange a refund.

To qualify for a refund, all items must be unopened and unused in resaleable condition. Items returned in any other condition may result in your refund being declined, and the item may be disposed of.

Unless we tell you otherwise, return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility and should fully cover the contents. Postage costs will only be refunded in exceptional circumstances.
